Brain Entrainment is an exciting new audio recording technique that utilizes various frequency modulations hidden at low volumes as I read.  These frequency modulations are called Binaural Beats and are designed to synchronize both hemispheres of the brain together to bring fourth heightened concentration, awareness, and intellectual thought and comprehension.
